JUNGLE JUSTICE:NOTORIOUS FULANI KIDNAPPER BEATEN TO DEATH IN KOGI STATE


A Fulani man was yesterday killed by some irate youths in Ajaka Igalamela/Odolu LGA Of Kogi State, after a failed abduction attempt. It was gathered that the deceased was notorious for kidnapping children on market days, when their parents must have gone out.

He attempted it again, yesterday, and ran out of luck, when a palm wine tapper spotted him and raised an alarm, prompting youths in the area to pursue him with motorcycles. His victim, a girl, was rescued and jungle justice was administered to him before the arrival of the police.See photo below;

Benue State Police Command has busted two kidnap syndicate of 8 including a Gang of 4 allegedly led by a woman believed to be an associate of the wanted militant leader, Terwase Agwaza, aka Gana, who a week ago abducted a businessman. The police operation also led to the arrest of three women whose responsibilities were to provide food for the victims, who was rescued alive. The businessman was kidnapped alongside his son, who was later released to source N20 million as ransom for his father.  The state's Police Commissioner, Bashir Makama, said: "During investigations, we discovered that the lady, who was arrested had the responsibility of pencilling down those to be kidnapped and those to be killed by the gang. They are all associates of Gana, the wanted militant leader. Also arrested, after reliable information, is one Victor Ayanngor, who conspired with Ordue Abraham, Kelvin Dankor and Emmanuel Terver to kidnap his girlfriend and collect N200,000 ransom."

Armed Robber Burnt To Death In Calabar By Mob After Juju Failed February 16, 2017 A dead man was found lying by the side of the Nigerian Navy Reference Hospital, Murtala Mohammed Highway, closed to RCC roundabout, Calabar after he was burnt to death by an angry mob. File Photo The Police at the Lion Building Division, Lagos Island, Lagos have arrested three suspected thieves who allegedly jumped into the High Court premises at Igbosere Road on Lagos Island at midnight with dangerous weapons to steal. The suspects, according to a Police source could not succeed in their plans before the Police stormed the scene to arrest them and took them to the station following a distress call to the Police by the securitymen attached to the Court. The suspects were arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrate Court on a three-count charge of felony with attempt to commit felony at the High Court, Lagos.
