INCEST AND ATTEMPTED MURDER: LADY IMPREGNATED BY HER FATHER, THROWS HER BABY INSIDE A WELL



A 55-year-old man in Gamawa Local Government Area of Bauchi State has been arrested along with his 20-year-old daughter for attempted murder. 
The man,Abdulkadir Mohammed,was said to have had sexual intercourse with his biological daughter, Dije Abdulkadir which led to a baby born to both and then she threw the baby into a well. 
The Commissioner of Police, Bauchi State Command, Garba Umar, while speaking to journalists in Bauchi, said the suspects were arrested by police officers attached to Gamawa Division. 
Umar said, “The suspect gave birth to a baby girl and threw her inside the well with the intent to kill her. However, the timely intervention of well-meaning individuals in the area, who helped and rescued the baby alive, saved her life.
The suspect confessed that her biological father impregnated her and they decided to do away with the baby. The suspects confessed to the act and were charged to court.” Photo Crdt: Aisha Alubankudi

Malaysia's High Court heard this week Kim Jong Nam had 12 doses of atropine in his sling bag when he was allegedly swabbed with VX nerve agent in Kuala Lumpur International Airport on February 13, news agency Bernama said. The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) on Tuesday paraded a 17-year-old Boko Haram suspect, who admitted killing 18 people since he joined the group three years ago.  The suspect, Ali Mustafa, said he was forced to join the deadly group when Boko Haram terrorists attacked his village in Monguno and left with many boys. The teenager said he gained skill handling assault rifles, with which he executed his victims.  "I was forced to join Boko Haram about three years ago.
