A woman was arrested in the US last week for driving under the influence after her 11-year-old son called the cops to report her from inside the car.

According to ABC News, Nicole Norris, a 30-year old from Portland, Oregan was arrested on Saturday night and was found to be twice the legal limit by the cops who tested her.
They quote Washington County Sheriff's Deputy Shannon Wilde, who said Norris could also face child endangerment charges for driving under the influence with her son in the car.

“He was able to tell us how much he saw her drinking, and told us he thought she hit a curb,” Wilde is quoted as saying.

“Her driving was so bad he realised this was not normal.”
“He was a very brave courageous young man; sometimes doing the right thing is not easy.”
The cops used the GPS on the boy's phone to track down the car.
They also posted an image of one of their officers conducting a sobriety test on Norris to their Twitter account.
