AIR MISHAP;1 DEAD,2 INJURED AFTER MILITARY CHOPPER CRASHES IN SOUTHERN MARYLAND

One crewmember died and two others were injured after a U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter crashed at a golf course in Leonardtown, Maryland, during a "routine training flight" shortly before 2 p.m. EST today, officials told ABC News.

 The survivors, in critical and serious condition respectively, were transported to the University of Maryland R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, the Army said.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, the Army said.

 "We are deeply saddened by this loss within our community," said Maj. Gen. Bradley A. Becker, commanding general, Joint Force Headquarters National Capital Region and the U.S. Army Military District of Washington. "Our condolences go out to the families and friends affected by this tragedy, and our team is focused on supporting them during this difficult time."

 The UH-60 Blackhawk, from the 12th Aviation Battalion, was stationed at Davison Airfield in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.R.I.P brave heart.

MAN IN CUSTODY FOR ASSAULT ON PREGNANT WOMAN February 22, 2017; An Osun Magistrate Court sitting in Ile-Ife has docked one Dayo Adebayo, 29, for alleged assault on a pregnant woman.   The prosecutor, Sunday Osanyintuyi, told the court that the accused committed the offence on February 13, around 11:45 pm at Ehindi Street, Ile-Ife.Osanyintuyi, said Adebayo assaulted the woman named Blessing Monday, by hitting her with his fist across her face, causing various injuries.He added that the offence was contrary to and punishable under section 356 of the Criminal Code (Cap 34 Vol 11), Laws of Osun, 2002. According to multiple online reports, the incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday, May 30, 2017 when some camp soldiers on parade walked in on the duo in the middle of a heated sexcapade. The man blamed the devil for pushing him into the act while the woman who is reportedly married blamed the cold weather of the state for pushing her into the act. The woman whose identity was not immediately disclosed, stated that she finds it difficult to stay away from sex for too long.           A 53-year-old Nigerian man who works at the United Nations was arrested in connection with a string of bank robberies in Manhattan, over the past month and a half, law enforcement sources tell News 4 New York. The NYPD’s Major Case Squad arrested Abdullahi Shuaibu, of Queens, on Monday, April 17th, at his office at the Foreign Press Centers across from the United Nations building. Police believe he robbed banks while on work breaks.          Law enforcement sources say Shuaibu robbed a HSBC bank at 40th Street and Third Avenue on Monday and then returned to work shortly before he was arrested.They say he’s wanted in at least three other bank robberies.          Shuaibu is listed as a communication specialist at the U.N.
