Suspected child killer and ritualist, Ifeanyi Dike who recently escaped from police custody in Port Harcourt has been rearrested in Jos, Plateu state.

 Dike escaped from the State CID in Port Harcourt shortly after his arrest.
A report monitored on Nigeria Info FM, Port Harcourt said Dike was nabbed last night in Jos by security operatives and that police in Port Harcourt are on their way to extradite him to Rivers State.

Dike who is a student of the University of Port Harcourt, was arrested in August for raping and killing an 8-year-old girl, Victoria Chikamso in Port Harcourt.

The whistle blowing policy of the Federal Government appears to be paying off as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Wednesday announced that it uncovered foreign currencies and Naira notes to the tune of $43.4 million, £27,800 and N23.2 million at a four-bedroom apartment in Ikoyi, Lagos. The total amount of money recovered at the current Central Bank exchange rate is over N13 billion. The operation followed a confidential information received by the Commission's Lagos office regarding some suspicious movement of bags in and out of a particular apartment in the building. A suspected ritual killer, Adebayo Mudashiru, has confessed that he and his colleagues buy human parts, including skulls, eyes and teeth, for N12,000. The suspect was arrested alongside three others in the Abeokuta and Owode Egba areas of the state by men of the Ogun State Police Command. The state Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, paraded the suspects at the headquarters of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Magbon, Abeokuta over the weekend. Iliyasu said the four suspects specialized in killing for ritual purposes and belonged to two different ritual groups.
